This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. The location is perfect: good neighborhood, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, few steps to the metro station and a few minutes walk to Colon and Serrano. The room I got this time was superb - probably a suite (although I had reserved a standard duble). It had a living room, a bedroom, and a huge bathroom. Everything superclean.

Great location and very nice staff. The checkin and checkout were smooth and the receptionists were very nice. The room was very good.

The location of the hotel is perfect, it's like 50 meters from the Alonso Martinez metro stop and 300/400 from Bilbao, so you can jump on the train and get into the city downtown in, like, ten minutes. Breakfast is good, lots of things you can eat, the staff is really kind and the cleanliness of the rooms is excellent. For this price, you can't ask better options than these! My parents and my brother went to this hotel before I did, and they both highly recommended it. Now I also highly recommend it to you.

Conveniently located near metro and bus stations, it enables simple access to majority of points of interests. Check-in was easy and quick, despite being late at night, they were in fact expecting us and apparently we were given a room upgrade. Rooms are as shown, spacious enough, clean and regularly maintained and cleaned. Bed was comfy with enough pillows. TV was attached on movable pedestal so we could move it around according to our needs. Breakfast was tasty and varied enough. Checking-out was also quick and efficient, so all in all we were very pleased with our stay.

- Close to Central Madrid (we took metro to travel across the city), restaurants & supermarkets (Dia) within waliking distance - Really nice people (the lady who welcomed us at the reception was extremely helpful) : the maids, people serving at the restaurant - Spacious room (we received an update from initial reservation) & beds, clean - Big TV - Natural light - Daily clean-up of the room, as we requested

Initially we did not get the breakfast buffet with the hotel, but when we saw the buffet, we were impressed with the food options, freshness and efficiency. We had a quiet floor and our room was located in the back (we requested a quiet room), and were happy it was quiet for a good night's sleep. The location was close to everything and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of tourists.

The hotel's location is excellent, in a nice neighborhood and withe easy access to the city center. We enjoyed walking in the area looking at shops and restaurants. The breakfast was very good. The room size was very good and the beds very comfortable.

This hotel was nuch better than what I expected. I had to book during an emergency trip to Madrid the night before. Everything I knew was full so I booked here. The place was pretty, rooms were super comfortable.
